Your Store, Built into Your Platform
If you sell physical products such as supplements, sports equipment, cosmetics, therapeutic products, or branded merchandise you don't need a separate Shopify store. Moduler includes a complete eCommerce module that shares your business's users, credit system, and invoicing.
Product Catalog
Create products with multiple variants (size M, L, XL; black, white, etc.), each with its own SKU, price, and stock. Three product statuses are available: Draft (hidden), Published (available for sale), and Archived (removed from sale while preserving history).
Shopping Cart & Checkout
The shopping cart works with cookies for anonymous visitors and automatically merges when a user signs in.
Checkout requires a customer account and supports two payment methods:
Card Payment (Stripe): Secure online payments with automatic 3D Secure support.
Pay with Credits: If the customer has enough credits, the order is confirmed instantly without leaving the platform.
Stock is reserved for 15 minutes after products are added to the cart. If checkout isn't completed, reserved inventory is released automatically.
Credits That Work in Your Store
Credit pricing is calculated using the same euro-to-credit ratio configured for memberships. For example, a €29.99 product with a 1:1 ratio costs 30 credits. Credits are consumed using the same FIFO logic as session bookings.
Order Management
Orders follow a complete workflow:
Pending Payment → Paid → Queued → Preparing → Shipped → Delivered
Supports partial shipments, cancellations (before preparation begins), and full or partial refunds with automatic credit note generation.
Multi-Warehouse Inventory
Track on-hand, reserved, and available stock for every product variant across multiple warehouses.
Supported warehouse types:
Moduler (manual inventory)
Ysell WMS (third-party logistics)
Amazon (FBA / MCF)
Inventory levels are synchronized automatically with external providers.
Automated Fulfillment
Connect your warehouse to Ysell WMS or Amazon MCF, and orders are fulfilled automatically. Tracking numbers are updated without manual intervention.
Integrated Invoicing
Every paid order automatically generates a tax-compliant invoice with detailed line items, configurable VAT rates (standard, reduced, or exempt), and a link to the payment transaction.
